COVID-19 STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK BUSINESS GRANT 

The Scottish Government has launched a new Grant Fund for businesses (including sports clubs) that are required to close by law or to significantly change operations as a result of COVID-19 restrictions.

CLUB DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS 

We will be supporting our clubs in the off season by delivering a series of online club development workshops.

The workshops cover a wide variety of topics and clubs are welcome to attend as many as they like. Workshops are free to attend for all Bowls Scotland clubs and members and will all be delivered online via Zoom Meetings.

Our Communications Officer, Darren Weir, has hosted a Q&A session featuring Bowls Scotland’s National Development Officers.

The Q&A includes discussions on an unprecedented 2020 season, support & resources available to our clubs, the launch of Bowls Scotland’s Club Support Guide and key upcoming events as we look ahead to 2021.
